WOLVES TRAMPLED IN DENMARK

Copenhagen, Denmark- Closing out their long 10-day road trip, the Timberwolves couldn't figure out the upstart Crusaders and limp out of Copenhagen with a 2-2-1 record and a hefty bill on jet fuel.
>>>The Crusaders came out firing on all cylinders. Getting goals from Tuoma Ruutu and Steven Stamkos in the first period.
>>>Thunder Bay would get their one and only goal from Patrick Sharp in the 2nd from Marian Gaborik and Marc Savard.
>>>No momentum was gained, and the regardless of any excuses, the Timberwolves were gassed. Patrick Kane and pair from Marian Hossa was more than enough to finish things off and drop Thunder Bay 5-1.
>>>After the game, the team was quick to get on the bus and to their awaiting plane at the airport.
>>>"The players are not available," said Timberwolves coach, Ryan McGill to the media outside the visitors dressing room. "We didn't show up today and the final score reflected that. We have some things to work on and make some adjustments."
>>>When asked if he knew of any looming trades or even if any of the team's rookies will sit, the annoyed coach paused before answering.
>>>"I'm not getting into anything regarding trades. Blake (Wendt, Timberwolves GM) takes care of all of those things. He has not said anything to me. So no, I don't see that happening. Will any or rookies be scratched? Also, not getting into that. They're struggling along with the rest of our club, so I wouldn't say they're any worse off. You'll know when someone is scratched at game time. Not any sooner. That's the end of questions."
>>>The Timberwolves next game is Tuesday back at the Canadian National Gardens in Thunder Bay against the re-building, Dayton Musicmen.
>>>
>>>3-STARS

>>>*Marian Hossa (COP) - 2 goals
>>**Steven Stamkos (COP) - Goal and an assist
>***Jonathan Quick (COP) - 37 saves on 38 shots against
